Linda, THE secretary - 24 Jan 2007 07:02 GMT
I am a whatever-job-given-you-multitasking secretary.  Sometimes it's
difficult to keep a mind track on what documents/letters go thru me and
distributed to where.  Can someone help me out on some template on how to
keep track these things.  Sort of like librarian keep tracks of books/books
borrowers.

InfoPath is meant to replace paper-based forms. It sounds like you need an
Access application, that is, a small database application with forms and
reports to help you keep track of things. You could even use an Excel
spreadsheet if you want to keep things simple.
