I've created a form template, published it.  I filled the form out myself and
saved it.  I wanted to share the contents of my form that I filled out but
when I e-mailed it to another person who has installed InfoPath 2003, they
couldn't open it up.

Where did you publish the form to? You need to publish it to a central
location that both you and your recipients have access to.
