Dear All,
I am deciding a Leave Application form. Employee would fill in the form and
send to manager for approval by Outlook. Is it possible for managers to
perform any action (eg. approval, rejection) on the form directly when they
received it in outlook?
thx.

All users must have InfoPath to fill out InfoPath forms.  As such, a manager
could not fill out a form in Outlook per se.  They would have to open the
attached form in InfoPath and edit the form there.
