I am creating a questionnaire, which will only be printed out - not
interactive or online. I have created 2 columns in the questionnaire with
tick boxes. I can't work out how to inserrt page breaks and format the
questionnaire so that I can determine the printable layout.

Please help

Hi Sarah,

When you design your form you can insert page breaks by going to the
"Insert" menu and clicking "Page Break". What other kind of formatting would
you like to do?

Thanks,
Frank

Hi Frank,

Thanks for your reply. Im still struggling, as when I go into Insert, there
is no Page break option...?

I would like to be able to format more, i.e like Word where I can move boxes
around and choose the exact layout...

Thanks

Sarah

Hi Sarah,

I believe you are not seeing the page break option, because you don't have
the latest service pack (SP2) for Office 2003 installed. You can download it
from here

Please try to update and let me know how it works.
Thanks,
Frank

Hi Sarah,

InfoPath cannot be downloaded as an update as it is a product Microsoft
sells. So you either need to purchase a copy, or check with your company if
they have already bought licenses that you can use.

Thanks,
Frank
