Cannot view headers and footers?

Using for the first time.  Need to add page numbers and corp info to the form
but cannot view headers and footers in design.  I have a print view but need
this in the form itself before publishing.

Forms, like web pages, do not have actuall pages. This is unlike Microsoft
Word or powerpoint.

If you want this kind of functionality, I suggest you go back to developing
a Microsoft Word-based form (consider smart documents)
