Infopath to Sharepoint - Save Works, Submit Does Not

I have a form connected to a sharepoint library. I have enabled submit.
When I fill out the form, and click submit, I get a message saying that the
form was successfully submitted. However, the form does not appear in my
Form library list. If I SAVE the form (and give it a filename), it DOES
appear in my Form library list.

What am I missing?

Hello
Please check the URL of the Sharepoint you are submitting to in the Submit
options
Open the Submit Button Properties and check the Data connection

I checked it, and it's correct. I get a success message after I submit.
What could cause it to not be in the form library? Why will it SAVE, but not
submit? In the Submit Options, I have selected one of the text fields for
"filename." That's correct, isn't it?
