Could someone tell me what products and licenses would I need to make
InfoPath forms available on my companies intranet via a web browser.  I know
that I need InfoPath for the form development and Form Server for the server
end.  What else is necessary?  I also saw somewhere that you needed a user
CAL for each person filling out the form.  Is there not an enterprise
liscense or some other flat fee?  Also, what license would I need to make
these forms available on the internet to customers?  Is there someone I can
talk to about pricing for these things?

Thanks...
