problem while publishing infopath forms

when i publish the form "To a sharepoint
form library" in InfoPath, the following message pop-up
"the following web server does not appear to be running windows sharepoint
services http://....."
Pls advice how to solve this problem.

Check your permissions to publish in SPS

but how to check the permission,it was working fine yesterday but today i was
doing some permissions setting on my defualt website.
can u tell me how to add permissions

Please just access your sharepoint site in IE, can you access it?

hi
i am able to access the site,but when i try to open the site from sharepoint
designerit says the wss is not available on the server.yesterday it was
working but today i am trying  to publish it says that the following does not
seem to be running windows sharepoint services
