Did you create the data connection with the option for receiving data?

Hello,

I'm having the same problem. I have done all the steps. I understand it
completely. When I go to setup my form submission I don't see the option for
database.
I only see email, web service and sharepoint.

I did some reading here and it appears to be flaw with IP or just poor
instructions.

Please help. Thanks
