I have created an Infopath form that posts to a Sharepoint Form Library.
Within that library I have added additional columns with related information
about the form. What I would like to have happen is when a user updates the
information in the library that information would then be passed to the
submitted form if it is opened again.

I attempted to add the form library as a data connection and add the
associated fields but when you open the submitted form the field show the
information for ALL Submitted forms not just the one that was opened.

Is this even possible.

Hi,

If there is an unique field in your form, maybe you could set it as a column
field.
And find out the form information in the list(the form library as the data
connection) by the value of the unique field, then put the value of the
added additional columns into the form in the form open rule.
