I have Microsoft Office 2003. I created a form throught InfoPath that I want
to email to others and allow them to fill it out and then email the completed
form back to me.

The recipients must have InfoPath 2003 to fill out the form and Outlook 2003
to mail it back to you, and the InfoPath form template must be published to a
location the recipients can also access.
