I have infoPath 2007 installed with IE7 on XP. When I try to download
InfoPath templates from Office online this consistently crashes IE. This does
not happen with other office online templates (i.e. word / excel) and does
not happen with other web sites.

Does anyone know a way to contatc MS to let them know about this issue and /
or a workaround?

I was able to fix this - the issue had to do with a DLL from Office 11 -
IEAWSDC.DLL, located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11.

The fix was to temporarily remove the DLL from the directory, go back to the
download site and allow the activeX control to re-install.

Then I put the DLL back and it works fine now.
