hi,
i have a form 2 dropdownlist box controls,  i am allowing user1 to edit
ddlb1 and allowing user2 to edit ddlb2 but somehow when i try to merge it in
outlook its showing me blank data in both the ddlbs even though user1 and
user2 enters data in respective ddlb. on the same form i have other controls
like repeating bullet lists which is working fine.

can some one tell what's going on?

Hi,

Check whether you are refreshing the drop down list boxes and see the value
in the first drop down is coming or not when the user2 opens the form. If not
once refresh all the controls and take the concat method because some times
the rules and conditions in the controls will mess by the changes done by us.

Hope this will help,
