Is anyone using Infopath to collect HR information from managers?  Such as
changes in an employee's job, compensation or location?  If so, please
advise.  Any tips or recommendations?

We are doing a project like that now

We are using IP 2003 to initiate the form and after the manager completes
all the data and permissions, we are storing the data in SQL tables and
triggering events form there.

More secure transmission of data.
