error - when I try to open projectplan I get this error  .. what does it mean and how can I solve it? reinstall didnt work

error when I try to open projectplan I get this error .. what does it mean
and how can I solve it? reinstall didnt work:

Form template: C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\INFFORMS\1033\PROJECT.XSN
InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of a script error.
The following error occurred:

Error in loading DLL
File:script.js
Line:14

Hi Viola,

You are getting the error in line of 14 in Jscript file. Can you explain us
what you have wrote on that line and what you are expecting from that
functionality.

Your error is saying that not able insert the DLL file. Can you clearall
infopath forms form your system and try to open new form.

Thankyou for your reply.
I'm sorry but I don't understand your answer. I've used a clean install of a
legal version of office. I didnt type or change anything.
This happens when I open infopath for the first time..
