I can publish form template to the site url=http://dim:1622
(Managed Paths = (root)  Explicit inclusion)
but I cant publish form to the site url=http://dim:1622/WorflowSample
((Managed Paths = (root)  Wildcard inclusion))
error: "following url is not valid"
both sites have document library template.
environment: Infopath 2007, WSS 3.0
How to create more than one site per web application?
