Is there a way to pre-populate the To: and Subject: fileds when "Send to Mail
Recipient" item is clicked?

Yes when you set up the data connection for Email

This will work when one selects the "Send to Mail Recipient" from the file
menu item?
Can I also set up a custom button to do this? I like the way this delivers
the form in the body of the email message, rather than as an attachement.
Thanks.

Were you able to make this work?
