Upgrade to Visual Studio 2005 Professional

I'm currently using Visual Studio 2003 to code my InfoPath forms. I
have an upgrade available to 2005 Professional. However, I need to be
sure that the Infopath Toolkit for Visual Studio .NET is available for
2005 Professional, and if it can be downloaded wih paying additional
money. I cannot seem to find a definite answer.

Does anybody know for sure?

It is available, but the only place I've seen it is through an MSDN
subscription. I'm not sure why it has not been made publicly available.
