I have an infopath form that is associated with a workflow that basically
sends out an email to document reviewers for approval.  I created the form to
be viewable in the browser.

I have noticed that users who are using IE6.0 with Java 1.5.0 are getting
errors when attempting to view the form.

Does infopath require IE7.0 or a specific version of Java in order to render
the browser form?

Thank you for your thoughts.

Hi Tim,

Have just read your thread and are interested in how you make a form Browser
compatible as i am having some issues with making my forms web enabled. That
way i can use Forms Server to open them up in HTML format for my Users..

Hello Ben,

This is a feature of InfoPath2007.  You are given a choice in design time or
when saving to choose which medium (browser or InfoPath Client) to publish
for.  If you go to tools and form Options, you will see a Category for
Compatibility.  Check the box on the top [Design a form template that can be
opened in a browser or InfoPath.

HTH,

Tim
