I have been trying to figure out how to have a button that sends an
email to receipents which will have a preview of the form ( for those
receipents that do not have infopath), as well as an attachment of the
form.
The attachment part is easy enough, but want the form's body to show
in the email.
I am using infopath 2003 SP2.
I reviewed one blog entry that tried to instruct on how to do this
programatically, but unsure where to enter the code.

Any help would be appreciated.

Natively, IP 2003 will not do this.  That is fixed in 2007
