Infopath 2007 in WSS 3.0

Hi All,
I get information that users of WSS 3.0 do not need Infopath to be
installed in the client machine. Users can directly open the form in
the browser. So, the only machine that needs infopath to be installed
is only the designer of the form. Is this true?

Does this feature work in WSS 3.0, without need to install Sharepoint
Portal 2007?

This is not correct. You will require either Microsoft Office
Sharepoint Server 2007 or InfoPath Forms Server 2007.

Any suggestions on where I can learn how to use Form Server to host forms for
workflows built with WSS 3.0?

OK, so now I have InfoPath Forms Server 2007 installed. I would like to use
some InfoPath 2007 forms with my custom workflow (no MOSS installation).

What I need now is some advice or a reference on how to get these forms
working  on IP Forms Server without resorting to anything that depends on
MOSS.

Any suggestions?
