How to email a single worksheet in Excel 2007?

Hi!
I am trying to email a single Excel worksheet.  I have found how to email an
entire workbook.  I was able to email a single worksheet in Excel 2003, I am
hoping that the same function is available in 2007.

You can add this option to the QAT

"Send to Mail Recipient"
