i would like to make a list of IP's going from 172.16.1.0-172.16.1.254, is there a formula that will increment this to save me time? i need to type about 3000+ addresses. please help.. Hi Just type the first one in a cell, then the second one in the cell beneath. Mark both cells, and use the fill handle at the bottom right of the pair of cells to fill down as far as you wish. The end number will step up sequentially. If you want to save some typing................. enter the first IP in the cell then right-click and drag. Release the mouse button and "Fill Series" But..........172.16.1.0-172.16.1.254 is only 254 addressess. What will you do after 172.16.1.254 and after 172.16.1.999 ?
