column 2 to transpose using column 1 as reference

Hello... please help with solution.

1001 1001             to          1001  1001  1002  1003

I don't see the pattern/rule in your transposition.  I trust you already
tried copy followed by paste special/transpose?

Thanks roadkill for the reply,

I have a list 1800 records long.  Col1 has repeat data.
Col2 has unique data. Copy and paste will take me
quite a long time. I am trying to find a better way.
