Is it possible to add subtotals for both a sum of a column and a count of the
items in that column in one step?
Pete_UK - 20 Dec 2007 13:58 GMT
The count would have to be in another cell, so why not count the
number of items in an adjacent column when you are setting up the
Subtotals parameters?

Hope this helps.

use the function "Subtotal", look in help how to use it (start with 9 for
sum, start with 2 for count or 3 for counta)
