I am using MS Office 2003. I have tried all the options to change comma
places or comma style in MS Excel to suites Indian number system but not
succeeded. I have tried (1) Control Panel's regional setting options (2) MS
Excel custom number formatting in Cell, formatting option. Please help me?

You won't succeed, you need a custom number format

[>=10000000]##\,##\,##\,##0.00;[>=100000]##\,##\,##0.00;##,##0.00

will format say 1234567890 as 123,45,67,890.00
