Excel disapeared!

Hi there,
I am new to this forum, I am trying to solve a recent problem with
Excel on Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003.
This was pre installed on my computer when I purchased it.
Word is working fine.

Yesterday when I double clicked on the desktop shortcut for excel, the
following came up:
Windows installer....
Preparing to install

It then brings up another box:
Microsoft Office Professional edition 2003
Installation error: file not found
A required installation file SKU11.CAB could not be found.

Another box then appears stating that the original installation source
is required!

Can anyone enlighten me please?

The system would like you to insert the Office CD to continue the repair.

Hi there,
But Office was installed when I purchased the computer and I don't hav
a disc to use.
