I assume you know about Print Area on the File menu.
If you have a long column of data to go on one page look at David

thank you so much for the reply. i am sorry, i thought i knew about the
Print Area
option. When i attempted to use it i arrive at the same results.

Hide rows and columns not to be printed.
To print non-contiguous ranges you would have to copy those ranges to another
sheet and print that.
See Ron de Bruin's site for more on this by taking a "pictures" of the various
ranges.
