How do I???

I was an extensive user of the "LIST" functionality under the DATA heading
in Excel 2003.  Does Excel 2007 have the same functionality?  I can copy
files from Excel 2003 into Excel 2007 and the list function works but I do
not see how to do a "List" with toggle row in the 2007 version.  Any feedback
would be appreciated.

In Excel 2007, when I press the F1 key and type "list" into the search box,
the fifth item is "What happened to Excel lists?"

That item explains: "The Excel List feature still exists, but it has been
renamed. Excel lists are now called Excel tables."

Other Help items include how to "Create or delete an Excel table in a
worksheet."

CTRL+L still converts a plain range into a List/Table in 2007.
