select range containing data

I have selected some rows and in those rows I have data.
Rows goes all the way to the end of the sheet.  Is there anyway I could
select only cells with data in them.

Press F5 (or click on Edit | GoTo), then click Special and then non-
blanks.

Sorry, I was thinking of Autofilter.

Try again:

Press F5 (or click on Edit | GoTo), then click Special and then
Constants or Formulas (tick which)
