Hi

| I have a formula repeating itself across coulumns in 1 row, =c2, =d2, =f2,
=g2

| so every 3rd cell is skipped. Even when i highlight the above formula and
| drag across the sequence is not picked up. There are 90 coulumns i need this
| formula for  and i don't want to do each of them one at a time.
|
| Any clues?

Nenagh --

OK, not perfect, but better than typing the formula 90 times.

Create the first two formulas, then copy the three cells -- two with
formulas, one blank.  Then paste every third cell.  You'll have to do it 30
times, but that's 30 times better than 90...

Enter the formulas in the first two cells, then select these two cells plus
the third adjacent cell.  Now left-click on the handle (the small balck
square) in the lower right corner of the box outlining the three selected
cells and drag it to the right for as many columns as you require.
