following dynamic range will be correct if you do not have any other
above A5:
=OFFSET('Sheet1'!$A$5,0,0,COUNTA('Sheet1'!$A:$A),)
Insert|Name|Define...
Enter the name for your dynamic range and then, in Refers to: enter
the above formula or its modification.
