Table headers to remain on top

Hello,
I have a table with headers in the first two rows.  How can I scroll through
my table and "lock" the first two rows remain on top?

Click/select cell A3 and then use Window | Freeze from the menu toolbar.

place your curser at cell A3.
on the menu bar....
Window>Freeze panes.

Select row 3. Window>Freeze Panes
