I have an excel fine with data both text and numbers against different names. What i want is to find a formula that can collect all the data against a specific name provided as condition in a formula. For Example Column A Column B Column C Jeff 123 USA Bill 223 UK If i enter the condition for "Bill" the formula shows us all the fields against this name. Need Help! Try highlighting row 1. Click on Data--->Filter-->AutoFilter This will turn autofiltering on.
