Excel 2000 copy, edit, paste spacial, value. How Excel 2007 ??

How can I conver a formal like =3*4 to a number 12 (basically hide the
equation) in Excel office 2007? In excel office 2000, it is simple, copy,
select edit, then Paste Spacil, then Value and the result will show the
number 12.

It still works the same if you're using the right click menus.

Select the cell in question
Right click>Copy
Right click>Paste Special>Values>OK

Using the ribbon commands:

Select the cell in question
Home tab>Clipboard group>Copy icon>Paste drop down>Paste values

Here's how I do it:

I put the Paste values icon my QAT
I right click>Copy
Then click the Paste values icon on the QAT
