Yesterday I saved my project and shut down my comp, this morning I started it
up again and on one of my sheets I have a little box that I cannot move,
delete, or alter other than the few functions I see within the box. I did
some searching around and it appears to be a "system monitor control" add-in.
Ive never worked with anything like this before and I cant find a way to
delete it! I have other add-ins that do the same thing such as windows media
player and others but I dont know how or why this particular one was added to
my sheet since I dont work with add-ins.

Is anyone familiar with this or know a way I can remove it? Thanks!

You can only remove it in Design mode:
- Show the Controls Toolbox : View-->Toolbars-->Control Toolbox
- Enter Design Mode: click top left icon
- Then select the control and delete it
