macro to copy and paste

hi all! i'm experiencing problems writing a macro and hope that someone will
be able to help me out.

basically, i want to paste 2 cells which are side by side onto the relevant
empty cells. the 2 cells that i want to paste are filled with colors too.

how do i write the macro for the above task? thanks!

You haven't provided a lot of info.   Try recording a macro and playing it
back.

go to Tools - Menu - Macro - Record macro

Then stop record on same menu.  This will get you started.
