cDear All,
I have following question:
suppse I have cells where I wrote revisions of some documents eg : 01, 02,
03, but suppose some "02"s or some "01" or some "03" are latest revisions of
some documents...how do I filter  among these all sells that to have only
latest revisions?
I thouhgt may be to put a comment "latest" and then somehow to tell excell
to filter out only these cells with "comment"....

Any ideas?
Thanks for help

If you know which 01, 02 or 03 is the latest revision, just add a helper column
and type in "latest".

Filter on "latest".
