Comment orientation?

Excel 2003

Is is it possible to change the orientation of a cell comment? The default
has it going to the right which in this case takes it off the screen. Can
it be changed to the left?

If the comment is visible (you don't have to move the mouse over the comment)
then edit comment and move like you would a picture.

No, you can't control the popup location of a comment.
