I have a very big excel workbook with mulitple tabs. For some reason
one of the tab will not group rows when I highlight them and go to
Data, Group and Outline, Group. I can do it on other tabs of the
workbook but not one specific tab. Any ideas why? Thanks

I would check to see of you have any merged cells.  click on the whole sheet,
then format cells / alignment and make sure the Merge Cells is not checked or
a grey check.  then try again
