Hi
I have a pivot table that I constantly update the data for but when this is
refreshed on the cells that should show "Known As" I am seeing a number "1"
instead .
I have tried various ways around this by changing the data page to rename
this to re-creating the data page but it is always an issue.
Does anyone have any suggestions.
Many Thanks in advance for your responses

It sounds like you have the "Known As" field in the Data section of the
Pivot Table Layout, instead of in the Row section. Consequently, you'd see
the count of the item.

Does that help?
