Hello.  I am hoping someone can assist me.  In Excel 2003, I have a cell
where I
had created a data validation list.  I selected "List" in the Allow box, I
checked
the "In-cell dropdown" and I entered the values (3,5,7,10) directly into the
"Source"
box and I had created an input message that appeared when the cell was
selected.

Everything was working fine until this morning when I opened up the
spreadsheet.
Now when I select the cell I get the input message that I created but the down
arrow button does not appear with the values.  When I go to Data>Validation
"List"
appears in the Allow box, the "In Cell Dropdown" box is checked and the values
are in the source box, so it appears everthing is fine from a setup
perspective.
The is no protection on the workbook.  Has anyone every encountered this
before and found a solution?  Thanks for your assitance.

There's a list of common reasons for the missing arrows here, with
suggested solutions:

Thank you Debra.  Unfortunately, none of these solutions worked.  Any other
thoughts?    Thanks.
