I'm trying to add a secondary axis in Excel 2007 and am following the help
steps. Only when I get to the part about clicking on "Secondary Axis" under
"Plot Series On" in the "Format Data Series" window, there is no "Plot Series
On" area. Why is help telling me to do something I seemingly can't do?

I figured it out. Apparently you can't add a secondary axis when using a 3-D
chart type.

Take a lesson from this experience and swear off 3D charts. They have worse
issues than merely lack of features.
