I have Excel 2007 and I was playing with the options, and now I can't use the
shift + control + right arrows (or down arrow) commands. It's extremly
annoying not been able to use that. Please how do I fix that??
Thank you so much!!

Just a guess but check under Tools-> Options On the Transition tab,
did you check Transition Navigation Keys? If so uncheck the box and
see if it works now.
