That has to do with the font you have selected. There are very few these
days that put the slash through. The only font I could find that did it was
the Consolas font.

Download the free set of slashed zero fonts from Ham Fonts.
http://www.wm8c.com/slashed_zero_fonts.htm
Unzip to a folder then install whatever one(s) you want through
Windows>Fonts>File>Install New Font.

Just to add to Gord's reply...
If you share the file with anyone else, you'll want to share the font with the
recipients, too--and instructions on how to install a font in Windows.
You can't embed fonts in Excel workbooks. (It's different from MSWord.)
