Maybe Window>New Window.
Window>Arrange>Vertical
This will give you two windows side by side and you can have the right hand
window be worksheet1 and the left hand window be any sheet you click on.

well,i was hoping for something else.... the instructions below only allows
me to view two windows at the same time, but will not scroll down together,
or print all contents of the left window with the contents of the right
window..... what i'm envisioning right now is that i only make a list of
items on worksheet 1, and all the left side (which are the items), will be
visible even when i print other worksheets.... sort of like a header/ footer,
but on the left side...

No way to do what you want as far I know without copy/pasting the data columns
from sheet 1 to the left of data on other sheets then freezing those columns.
