Error: The macro 'FreezeHeader' cannot be found

When I go to Windows -> Freeze Panes, I encounter this error. Any idea on how
to solve it? Thanks.

Google says (actually Jan Karel Pieterse) - problem is likely to be
with startup workbook. See:
