I'm trying to copy a worksheet.  In the old excel, I could use Insert
Worksheet and check off "copy sheet" .  I searched for copy sheet in Excel
2007 HELP and can't find it.   I don't want to insert a sheet and then copy
the contents, because it doesn't bring over all of the formats, ie:column
widths.  Does copy sheet exist in Excel 2007?

I don't know to which "old excel" you are referring, but in Excel 2003 the
copy sheet ability isn't part of "Insert Sheet" but part of "Move or Copy
Sheet", which you can find through the Edit menu or by right-clicking on the
sheet tab.
The 2003 to 2007 translation facility suggests Home/ Format/ Move or Copy
Sheet
