Good Afternoon All,

I have a user who has Excel 2003 SP3 and her "Send To" is missing from her
File Menu.  I attempted to Add the "Send (as Attachment)" to her File Menu
and it is disabled.  We are a Lotus Notes house and Lotus is her default mail
client.  I've tried these things to restore the menu.

1. Open in Safe Mode (menu still missing)
2. Repair Excel Install
3. Reinstall MS Office
4. Reset the Menu Bar in the Customize Toolbar Dialog Box

Any additional help would be superb.

Thanks in Advance,

Good Morning,
In response to the link:

We receive no mail errors on open of Excel or any document.
We run Lotus Notes, not Outlook so the settings may be different for LN.
We don't get a "Could Not Start E-Mail Program" Error.  The item is simply
disabled.

I was able to restore the Send To menu and Send to Mail (for review) is an
option but not (as attachment).

Try pointng at the tool bar and right mouse clicking.  This will bring up the
tool bar  box.  At the bottom of the list is 'customize'.  Choose commands
from the tabs.  On the left select file.  Scroll down the list on the right
and choose either to send to menu buttom or a specific preferred sent to
choice.  Close.  This will place the send to icon on the tool bar,
eliminating the need for it in the file list.  It might work.  Got nothing to
lose, right?

Morning Marie,

Went to the Customize menu and was able to add the Send To menu back.  The
Mail (as attachment) selection was not there.  I added it back in to the Send
To menu and it was still disabled/grey.  Putting the button on the toolbar is
also disabled when added.
