Experience is all I can say
Whats the problem, at the start or once you get set up?
Need to understand a little about what relationships with the data you are
trying to show.
Also there is bit of a trick with showing data, the first group of data may
not appear to be where you want it, but with 2 and more it starts to build a
table that makes much more sense.
